**About the Role:**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Planner to join our team.

As a Financial Planner, you will be responsible for managing the advice needs of existing clients, converting prospective clients, and introducing new clients to our organisation. You will achieve this by proactively sourcing, engaging, and managing client referrals and key referral relationships. Additionally, you will leverage our evolving digital platforms and Advice processes to drive productivity, compliance, and client engagement.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. They will also possess in-depth knowledge of financial planning principles and practices, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the advice needs of existing clients
  • Convert prospective clients into customers
  • Introduce new clients to our organisation
  • Leverage our digital platforms and Advice processes to drive productivity and compliance

**Requirements:**

  • RG146 Compliance
  • Passed the Adviser exam (mandatory for Authorisation)
  • Approved course in Australian Tax Law and Commercial Tax
