Product Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our core products.

About the Role

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that systems are optimised, compliant, and aligned with our strategic goals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing training and support to users of core systems.
  • Developing user manuals and training materials.
  • Offering Tier 1 and Tier 2 support.
  • Working closely with the people and culture team, wider digital solutions, and other departments to gather requirements and ensure systems meet business needs.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for any issues or enhancements related to the core systems.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with systems.
  • Implementing best practices for data security and system integrity.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience with UKG or Dimensions workforce management systems.
  • Understanding of human resource principles and time keeping systems.
  • At least 3 years' experience in either a Finance or People Management department.
  • Experience with cloud-based Financial/People Management systems and technologies.
  • Strong solution-focused skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Developed skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a team environment.
