We are seeking a skilled Workshop Manager to join our team in the industrial, commercial pumping, and irrigation sectors. The successful candidate will have a mechanical trade qualification, mechanical aptitude, and experience in pumps, pressure cleaners, or compressors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Improve workshop structure and practices
  • Support and develop the team
  • Manage administration and estimation functions
  • Work hands-on with staff in the workshop and on-site
  • Prepare and submit weekly reports
  • Participate in leadership meetings
  • Business development and client relationship management
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Mechanical trade qualification with mechanical aptitude
