About the Role

Sea Swift is seeking a skilled Boilermaker to join our team in the Darwin workshop. As a Boilermaker, you will be responsible for boilermaking and related work on the company's plant and equipment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Perform cutting and welding tasks
  • Remove and replace wasted steel and pipes
  • Repair cargo handling equipment
  • Fabricate new parts and equipment
  • Effectively prioritize workload
  • Communicate effectively with Supervisor/Manager
  • Comply with the Company's HSEC policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Trade qualified, with aluminium welding experience an advantage
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Have a safety focused attitude
  • Hold a driver's licence
