Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Client Engagement Officer.

The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications or experience working within a NDIS environment, previous experience in a client service role, and experience working with people with disability or community services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring a client-centred approach to service delivery
  • Manage own caseload of new/existing NDIS funded clients seeking services from our organisation
  • Support the service delivery team to meet the needs of clients
  • Establish and maintain good relationships and partnerships with clients, advocates guardians, other agencies and service providers and community stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Full unrestricted South Australia Driver's Licence
  • DHS Working with Children Check
  • National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
  • First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Safe Environments for Children and Young People (or willingness to obtain)
  • Travel within South Australia and interstate required
  • A fully insured and roadworthy compliant vehicle (roadworthy check required)
