The RoleAs CTO, you'll be responsible for:Develop and execute a technology roadmap aligned with business goalsEvaluate emerging technologies to maintain industry leadershipDrive innovation through automation and AI-enhanced productivity toolsLeadership & CultureLead and mentor cross-functional technical teamsFoster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellenceOversee recruitment, development, and retention of top talentProduct DevelopmentOversee design and deployment of software and hardware productsEnsure quality, reliability, and security across all platformsCollaborate on product roadmaps and manage technical debtTechnical OperationsEnsure reliability and scalability of infrastructureImplement best practices for development and testingManage technical budgets and resourcesStakeholder EngagementCommunicate strategy to executive leadership and key stakeholdersRepresent Omnitronics at industry events and forumsBuild relationships with partners, customers, and vendors About YouWe're looking for a strategic leader with:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field10+ years in technology leadership roles, ideally within critical communicationsProven success in leading technical teams and delivering complex projectsStrong understanding of RoIP, radio dispatch systems, and embedded technologiesExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills What We OfferCompetitive salary + performance-based bonusesFlexible work arrangements, including remote optionsProfessional development, training, and certification supportWellness programs and mental health supportInclusive and collaborative work cultureOpportunities to contribute to public safety and community impactRegular team-building and social eventsThis role is based in Perth, WA.
