The Role As CTO, you'll be responsible for: Develop and execute a technology roadmap aligned with business goals Evaluate emerging technologies to maintain industry leadership Drive innovation through automation and AI-enhanced productivity tools Leadership & Culture Lead and mentor cross-functional technical teams Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence Oversee recruitment, development, and retention of top talent Product Development Oversee design and deployment of software and hardware products Ensure quality, reliability, and security across all platforms Collaborate on product roadmaps and manage technical debt Technical Operations Ensure reliability and scalability of infrastructure Implement best practices for development and testing Manage technical budgets and resources Stakeholder Engagement Communicate strategy to executive leadership and key stakeholders Represent Omnitronics at industry events and forums Build relationships with partners, customers, and vendors About You We're looking for a strategic leader with: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field 10+ years in technology leadership roles, ideally within critical communications Proven success in leading technical teams and delivering complex projects Strong understanding of RoIP, radio dispatch systems, and embedded technologies Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills What We Offer Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses Flexible work arrangements, including remote options Professional development, training, and certification support Wellness programs and mental health support Inclusive and collaborative work culture Opportunities to contribute to public safety and community impact Regular team-building and social events Location & Travel This role is based in Perth, WA.
