About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced technology leader to oversee the strategic direction of our IT systems, networks, and infrastructure. This individual will play a key role in driving business growth through innovative technology solutions.

The Chief Technology Infrastructure Officer will be responsible for managing and maintaining all IT systems, ensuring they meet business requirements and provide optimal performance.

This includes overseeing ERP systems, databases, and software applications, as well as partnering with external vendors for hardware, software, and managed service requirements.

Key responsibilities also include leading IT projects to support business improvements, system upgrades, and automation opportunities, identifying areas for efficiency gains and productivity enhancements through technology.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Previous leadership experience in IT management
  • Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures, particularly in Cyber Security and other areas of the business
  • Willingness to engage with staff at various levels to provide desktop support and build relationships
