We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Mystery Shoppers. As a Mystery Shopper, you will have the opportunity to evaluate customer experience at various businesses across Australia, providing valuable feedback to help them improve their services.

As a Mystery Shopper, you will be responsible for visiting businesses, posing as a typical customer, and observing the customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and overall experience. You will then log into our software and enter the results, including any required photos and receipts.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have great observational skills, an excellent memory, and the ability to think fast and improvise. You will also need to be confident in using computers and smartphones, and have reliable internet and email access.

We offer a flexible and rewarding opportunity to boost your income, with payments ranging from $20-$65 for onsite visits and $15-$30 for phone calls. Meals and purchases are in addition to the payment, and we process payments weekly into your nominated bank account.
