">About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Risk Management Professional to spearhead our risk advisory team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing our enterprise risk management capability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an integrated risk framework that aligns with our strategic objectives and strengthens organisational risk capability.
- Provide expert, high-level risk advice to senior leaders, building capability through training, trend analysis, and promotion of risk-based decision-making.
- Establish risk appetite and profiling, deliver actionable reporting to executive stakeholders, and proactively identify emerging risks to strengthen departmental resilience.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong risk management skills and experience leading high-performing teams.
- Ability to provide strategic, high-level risk advice to senior leaders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
