Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the advancement of our enterprise risk management capability.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Align our enterprise risk framework with strategic objectives, enhance organisational risk capability, and drive continuous improvement in risk management maturity.
  • Provide high-level risk advice to senior leaders, develop their risk-based decision-making skills through training, trend analysis, and promotion.
  • Lead the development of risk appetite and profiling, deliver actionable reporting to executive stakeholders, and identify emerging risks to strengthen resilience.
  • Oversee the effective use and continuous improvement of our Risk Management System to support robust risk processes, reporting, and decision making.
  • Foster a high-performing team culture, mentor staff, chair the Risk Management Reference Group, and collaborate with leadership and stakeholders.
