We are seeking an experienced Principal Risk & Assurance Adviser to play a key role in developing, implementing, and continuously improving our Enterprise Risk Management and Assurance Frameworks.
- Provide expert advice on risk and assurance to support continuous improvement.
- Influence organisational culture and practices through consultation and engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead initiatives to enhance, implement, and embed improvements in the Risk Management System.
- Coach and mentor risk professionals to build organisational capability and embed a strong risk culture.
- Deliver complex reports and insights using large datasets.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management System (ERMS).
