Our Front of House Specialist is a key role within our business.

The primary focus will be to provide exceptional customer service and support the team in the preparation and service of all hot and cold beverages.

We are looking for someone with:

  • a proven ability to work fast, efficiently and under pressure;
  • strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, helpful attitude;
  • a positive can-do attitude and a willingness to assist with preparation and service of food for catering, private functions and other events;
  • excellent knowledge and/or skills in the full beverage menu and Italian menu, with a commitment to excellence in customer service and product knowledge;

In addition to these skills, the ideal candidate will have:

  • minimum 12 months previous coffee making experience;
  • responsible service of alcohol accreditation;
