AquaMobile is an award-winning at-home swim school founded by Diana Goodwin in 2011. We select top instructors and lifeguards to provide high-quality swim lessons and lifeguard services to clients at their home or condo pools.

The ideal candidate will thrive in an active environment, want to choose their own schedule, and love teaching others how to swim and instilling confidence through sport.

The estimated hourly salary range for this position is $45-$66 per hour. Successful candidates will also have opportunities to earn bonuses and tips.

Essential Requirements

  • Australian Swimming Qualifications (Austswim, Royal Life Saving, Swim Australia or Southern Education)
  • Current CPR Qualifications
  • Working with Children Check
  • Police Check or willing to obtain
  • Pool Lifeguard Qualifications (Lifeguard applicants only)
  • Access to reliable transportation

We welcome applicants who don't meet all requirements but are willing to obtain relevant qualifications prior to starting.

Your Schedule

You'll have the flexibility to set your own hours and travel zone, allowing you to work around other commitments and build deep relationships with your students.
