About the Opportunity:
We're seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Baby, a welcoming all-day eatery with a neighborhood charm.
As part of our team, you'll have access to the freshest seasonal produce and hand-sourced ingredients, crafting effortless classics in a relaxed setting.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
A proven track record as a Chef de Partie in a similar role
Experience in the Pasta/Hot and Larder sections is highly regarded; pizza experience and ability to hand-stretch dough are advantageous
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is highly regarded
Able to build and maintain effective relationships and work autonomously, leading a team when needed
Demonstrate a positive attitude and genuine interest in day-to-day operations
Solid understanding of food safety and excellent communication/presentation skills
Time management and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
