About the Role
  • We are seeking a skilled professional to play a pivotal role in buying, selling, divesting, and raising capital across our portfolio.
  • The successful candidate will source and evaluate opportunities, manage due diligence, and divestment processes.
  • They will build relationships with stakeholders and present proposals to our Board.
  • This is an opportunity to collaborate within a small team to deliver results.

Requirements
  • Experience in property or related fields
  • Strong capability in financial modelling and Excel
  • Ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Formal qualifications in property, commerce, law, or related disciplines
