Main Responsibilities:- Establish trust and understanding with diverse communities.
- Facilitate effective communication between police officers and culturally diverse individuals.
- Collaborate with law enforcement to identify opportunities for community engagement and crime prevention strategies.
- Provide guidance to police officers on cultural sensitivity and referral services.
- Possess a valid driver's license or be able to obtain one.
- Adhere to a set roster, including weekend shifts and attendance at local events.
- Contribute to organisational understanding of diverse cultures.
- Enhance community relations through effective communication.
- Support the development of crime prevention and early intervention strategies.
- Foster positive relationships with community groups and other stakeholders.
