About the Role

As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the bakery department. This includes ensuring that the store is exceptionally presented, welcoming, and engaging for our customers, team members, and local community.

About you and your skills

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment is essential
  • Direct/indirect leadership experience is required to lead, coach, and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements
  • Maintaining excellent department standards, including monitoring stock, rotation routines, waste, and quality control is crucial
  • Driving a one-team culture that celebrates success and prioritizes team members' health, safety, and wellbeing is vital
  • Delighting our customers with an outstanding shopping experience is a key responsibility
