About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team at La Trobe University. As a key member of our school administration team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our academic programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the School Senior Manager and other team members
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities, ensuring timely and accurate completion

  • Provide exceptional customer service to staff, students, and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification and/or significant experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
