Our team is dedicated to ensuring our clients receive the best service experience, no matter how big or small their plumbing needs may be. As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Schedular/Customer Service Representative to join our high-paced environment

**The Position**

You will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your role will be crucial in managing service inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and coordinate service appointments efficiently.
- Handle customer complaints and issues, providing effective solutions and escalating when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the plumbing team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Utilize Simpro software for managing customer data and job scheduling
- Completing any other ad hoc administrative duties requested by management to ensure the smooth running of the office
