
Aerospace Training Specialist

About this role: We are shaping the next generation of pilots, leaders, and aviators. As a volunteer-run organisation, we offer an opportunity to upskill young people for future careers in aviation.
We operate from Camden Airport and are looking for experienced individuals to support our team.
Requirements:
- Must hold or be able to hold a NSW Working With Children Check.
- Must hold a CPL(A) rating issued under CASR Part 61.
- Must hold a Flight Instructor Rating Grade 3, Grade 2, or Grade 1 training endorsement.
- Must hold/be able to obtain a valid Class 2 aviation medical.
- Must have reliable transport to attend Camden Airport.
- Knowledge of CASR Part 61 flight crew licensing legislation and CASR Part 141 flight training legislation.
Essential skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
- Desirable to hold a Night VFR rating training endorsement.
This is a casual/volunteer role with benefits including employee mentoring program, free drinks, free food, and professional development assistance. The schedule includes day shift, public holidays, and weekend availability.
