Customer Experience and Engagement Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Customer Experience and Engagement Manager to lead our customer engagement strategy. As the CXCE Manager, you will provide expert guidance and deliver roadmaps, EA architecture artefacts, and strategic studies to support our client's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate customer roadmaps and data roadmaps to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Develop reporting measures and KPIs for Digital and Customer Channels to monitor performance
  • Assist with assurance reviews across customer experience and engagement domains to ensure compliance

Requirements:

  • Digital and ICT planning experience in large and complex environments or related to local government
  • Digital strategic planning and customer-centred strategies expertise
  • Experience developing Customer Centred Digital Strategies and Implementation Plans
  • Enterprise Architecture planning for customers - CRM, CMS, CX, CE, Citizen Apps, Customer Portals
  • Experience with enterprise platforms: Microsoft Dynamics, CRM, Salesforce, ESRI Spatial, BMC Helix (BSM and/or ITSM), Data Insight Azure

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with Human-Centred Design (HCD)
  • Experience using Azure services and Dynamic Event-Driven integration capability
