Job Overview

This role entails timely product return processing, coordinates implantable device tracking, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process product return shipments, including international shipments in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication with regulatory, customer service, supply chain teams, and other stakeholders as required.
  • Process stock transfers and material requests for complaint device management efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate patient and product information within CRM, NMD, SH, and HF Business Units databases.
  • Support weekly patient implant registration duties, including card printing and mailout within agreed turnaround timelines.
  • Assist with managing customer calls and enquiries post-implant associated with PDT services.
  • Contribute to the review of key performance indicators and metric escalation processes.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a medical devices/pharmaceutical environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with SAP is advantageous.
  • Understanding of industry standards and regulations such as TGA patient information guidelines, MTAA Code of Conduct, and relevant healthcare codes.
