About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our Liquorland team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing your team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage store presentation and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Oversee inventory management, including stock ordering and stockroom organization
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Coach and develop your team members to achieve their full potential
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including RSA and workplace health and safety

About You:

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop your team
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work
  • Current RSA qualification and willingness to undergo a Police Check
