About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Telstra. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Customer Advisors to achieve sales targets and high standards of customer service. You will work closely with the Store Manager to execute the store strategy, coach and empower your team, and foster a positive store culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Customer Advisors to achieve sales targets and high standards of customer service
  • Coach and empower team members to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Support the Store Manager in executing the store strategy and achieving business objectives
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to create a high-performing team and foster a positive store culture
  • Resolve customer issues and provide creative solutions to drive customer satisfaction

About You

We are looking for an experienced retail leader who has a proven track record of driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. You will have:

  • Previous experience in a retail leadership or assistant management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and develop a team to achieve sales targets and high standards of customer service
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the Store Manager and other team members
