About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As a Senior Educator, you will play a key role in leading and inspiring our team of Educators to deliver high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of all children.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs
- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices
- Ensure the safety and inclusivity of all children in the centre

Requirements
- Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
