At Goodstart Early Learning, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team in Narangba.

**Your Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement engaging and inclusive learning programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Foster strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive and collaborative environment.
• Collaborate with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to enhance our educational programs and achieve excellent outcomes.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children by maintaining a safe and inclusive learning space.
• Work collaboratively as part of a diverse and dynamic team to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
**What We Offer:**
• A competitive salary of $32.23 per hour, plus superannuation.

**Requirements:**
• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
