About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Narangba. As a vital member of our centre, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality early learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work collaboratively with Senior Educators and Educational Leaders to develop and implement engaging learning programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • To establish and maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.
  • To build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a sense of belonging and connection within our community.

Requirements

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Paid).
