We offer an exciting opportunity for a budding safety professional to join our dynamic team supporting projects across the Moreton Bay Region. Reporting to the Senior WHS Advisor, you will work hand-in-hand with the Project Site Teams, delivering impactful health and safety outcomes on various Civil Construction Projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct site audits and inspections to ensure compliance with WHS policies and procedures
- Recommend and implement continuous improvements of WHSE programs
- Provide guidance and continuous feedback to employees on safe working procedures
- Foster collaborative and supportive relationships for effective safety outcomes
- Support and facilitate incident investigation processes

**About You**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual wishing to embark on a career in WHS who brings:

- Experience in the Construction Industry
- A passion for personal development and education
- An interest in planning and scheduling Safety Programs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels
- A current Driver’s license with reliable transport.
