We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Legal Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and guidance to support the growth and success of our business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial law, with experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts. You will also possess excellent stakeholder engagement skills and be able to work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements
  • Providing expert legal advice on consumer law, advertising, promotions, privacy/data protection, and competition law
  • Partnering with stakeholders to ensure compliance from concept through delivery
  • Contributing to governance and risk frameworks, developing policies, procedures, and training programs
  • Managing relationships with external legal providers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3–6 years' PQE gained in-house or in private practice, with strong commercial law experience
  • Strong commercial contract experience with the ability to balance legal risk and business outcomes
  • Proven ability in consumer law, privacy/data protection, and corporate governance
  • Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a collaborative, solution-oriented approach
