Hospitality Assistant

We are seeking an individual to fill the role of Hospitality Assistant. The successful candidate will possess a genuine passion for customer service and a desire to enhance the dining experience.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our residents receive exceptional service during meal times. They will be responsible for greeting residents warmly, assisting with seating and providing menus, taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, serving meals and beverages in a timely manner, and ensuring that residents' dietary preferences and restrictions are accommodated.

Additional responsibilities include clearing tables and resetting them for the next service, providing friendly and attentive service throughout the meal, collaborating with kitchen staff and other waitstaff to ensure smooth operation of the dining area, handling residents' concerns or special requests with professionalism and courtesy, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a hospitality setting or in a customer service role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is crucial
  • A strong attention to detail is required
  • A compassionate and patient demeanor is necessary
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines is mandatory
  • The successful candidate must be over 18 years old
