Job Title: Field Representative

About the Role:

This role involves providing a range of services in the hardware and gardening departments at various retail locations.

As a member of our team, you'll have ownership and support to succeed, both from your leaders and colleagues.

The focus of this role is to deliver visual merchandising services aligned with service level agreements and support, train, and deliver projects.

You'll be an ambassador for our business, building strong relationships with teams.

In this autonomous role, you'll play a key part in enabling sales teams to execute their roles, support their strategies, and provide the best possible shopping experience for consumers.

Responsibilities include developing customer relationships, ordering and merchandising products, maintaining displays, ensuring products are priced correctly, and assisting with major initiatives.

This is a casual role offering 20 hours per week (across 4 days) with flexibility and opportunities for development into other businesses or full-time roles.

Key skills and experience include previous sales and merchandising experience, self-motivation, strong communication and interpersonal skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to learn and effectively use technology and digital applications.
