Your Role and Responsibilities

The Night All Rounder will oversee all after-hours operations for the resort and reception area, which includes conducting security patrols, maintaining cleanliness in public areas, and addressing after-hours requests from owners. You will warmly welcome guests and owners, provide information about hotel amenities and services, offer insights on local attractions and dining options, and ensure that guests' holiday experiences exceed their expectations.

What You Bring to the Role

To excel in this position, you should possess:

Confidence in conducting security inspections and patrols Problem-solving skills to address workplace challenges Strong attention to detail Ability to perform routine cleaning and administrative tasks Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and cash handling Flexibility to work a 7-day roster, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays A genuine passion for engaging with people and building relationships
