Job Title: Tour Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Tour Experience Coordinator.

  • The role involves coordinating tour logistics, ensuring seamless execution of tours, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage tour bookings, create manifests, and coordinate booking allocations for drivers and vehicles.
  • Ensure all logistical aspects of the tour are organized and executed efficiently to deliver a memorable experience for guests.
  • Provide informative and engaging guidance during tours, offering insights into various destinations and attractions visited.

Requirements:

  • Relevant AQF Certificate III or equivalent qualification.
  • At least one year of relevant work experience in a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Understanding of health and safety practices.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
