We are seeking a talented Virtual Experience Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a pioneering company that creates seamless virtual experiences for clients using the latest 3D scanning technology.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service environment and must possess a current driver's license, reliable motor vehicle, and a willingness to travel between sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute 3D scans for virtual tours, ensuring attention to detail and exceptional quality.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Liaise with onsite contacts, including property managers, real estate agents, tenants, owners, and venue managers, to ensure smooth project execution.

You will have exposure to the real estate industry and photography, which will be advantageous. A friendly, fun attitude with a love of contributing to a team effort is essential. You should also have flexible working hours, the ability to self-manage your time and output, problem-solving skills, and professional communication.
