We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food in a fast-paced environment.
Your RoleIn this role, you will work closely with our Executive Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be expected to maintain the highest standards of quality, presentation, and service.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook meals to order, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Stock and maintain kitchen inventory, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to kitchen standards.
- Assist in daily cleaning tasks, including pantry, cooking line, prep kitchen, and dish area.
- Report maintenance or repair needs to the Executive Chef.
- 2-3 years of previous experience in restaurant or culinary setting.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Able to work with minimal supervision and multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Food Handler Certification (if applicable).
- Trained in knife skills and basic kitchen equipment usage.
- Able to establish positive rapport with guests and colleagues.
- Flexible schedule required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
