The successful applicant will support and develop their team to ensure outstanding service is being provided to customers. They will work closely with Store Managers in leading the team and managing operations to achieve success.
This role involves coaching and developing team members, living genuine service principles, creating moments that matter for customers, and setting a positive example. Safety leaders are essential in this role, always providing the safest work environment for themselves, team members, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily store operations, ensuring the highest standards of customer service are met.
- Coach and develop team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with Store Managers to lead the team and achieve operational goals.
- Maintain a safe working environment, prioritizing safety at all times.
- Take ownership of opening and closing responsibilities, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Previous supervisory experience, or a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Proven retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations.
- Ideal candidates will have mechanical/automotive parts knowledge.
- A valid driver's licence and flexibility to work varied hours are essential.
- Physical capacity to perform duties, including handling products of a heavy nature.
