Facility Operations Manager

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, operational discipline, and the capacity to coach, mentor, and support staff development.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations with a focus on customer service, member satisfaction, and team development.
  • Champion a welcoming environment that promotes results-driven outcomes for fitness and aquatics users.
  • Lead day-to-day operations with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing and leading a team of professionals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Maintaining high facility standards and prioritizing safety.
  • Coaching and mentoring staff to achieve individual and team goals.

Essential Qualifications

  • Current Blue Card/ Working with Children Check.
  • Current First Aid Certification.
  • Current CPR.
  • Pool Lifeguard.
