Enterprise Platform Management Lead

The role involves leading the implementation of enterprise platform management and enhancements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing governance arrangements associated with the OneCouncil platform to ensure its integrity and alignment.
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to capture business needs, manage expectations, and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Leading and coordinating the cross-functional Enterprise Platform Management Team, supporting a positive matrix way of working and strong team culture.

Requirements include:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience leading complex enterprise platforms and improvements, ideally within public sector environments.
  • Strong background in Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Track record in driving benefits realisation and value tracking for enterprise initiatives.
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or related field.
