  • Manage key business performance indicators, ensuring optimal financial performance.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all guests, visitors, and employees.
  • Lead capital works project management, including renovations and developments.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior management role within a holiday park, resort, or similar tourism-related environment.
  • Proven track record of leading successful teams and maintaining a positive culture.
  • Strong initiative, organisational, and advanced planning skills.
  • Flexible attitude with a passion for hands-on operational work and exceptional guest relations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven financial and strategic management abilities.
