Team Leader Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Leader to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have people leadership experience within a retail environment, with proven customer service and selling skills.
  • They will be responsible for leading the service and selling team, developing and implementing strategies to improve customer experience and sales performance.

The Team Leader will play a crucial role in mentoring and coaching team members to achieve their full potential, while also providing outstanding customer service and driving sales targets.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within retail.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies to drive business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
