Job Overview:

We are seeking a retail professional to fill the role of Assistant Store Manager.

As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in coaching, developing and mentoring the store team to achieve exceptional customer service and drive outstanding store sales.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in a retail sales environment, with a passion for delivering customer service that exceeds expectations. They will also be passionate about detailed home styling and creating a beautiful home environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach and develop the store team to strive for excellence in customer service and sales performance.
  • Support the Store Manager to maintain a high-performance culture and achieve monthly sales targets and individual KPIs.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to coach and develop others.
