Leading Retail Team as a Store Manager

This is a Permanent full time retail management role available in our store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the team through effective coaching and mentoring. You will also drive incremental sales improvements across all sales channels that include retail, trade, and design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert customer service to our customers
  • Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts
  • Ensure all customers are provided with exceptional service every time
  • Merchandise products to be visually appealing

About You:

  • 2+ years' experience in a retail or service environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to develop and motivate your team
  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job with a willingness to learn
