About the Role
The Senior Sales and Business Development Director is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for the Practice Line of Business at MYOB. This role requires a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in sales, sales management, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire and lead the Sales and Business Development teams to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to retain key customers and expand business relationships.
- Manage and optimize sales processes to meet customer needs, including sales planning, activity, opportunity, and pipeline management.
- Drive the adoption and execution of consistent sales processes across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Established senior business leader with extensive sales experience and a proven track record of leading teams to exceed sales targets.
- Highly developed sales and sales management skills, including building teams, implementing and adhering to strong disciplines, territory, and incentive management.
- Experience in managing, measuring, and improving work experience by coaching teams through long sales cycles dealing with multiple stakeholders.
- Able to drive and motivate a high-performance, proactive culture.
- Experience in selling complex and/or technology solutions in both B2B and B2C environments.
