Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conference Proposal and Contract Management: Prepare and coordinate conference proposals and contracts, ensuring accurate and timely execution of venue, function, menu, and accommodation costs.
  2. Event Cycle Coordination: Oversee the entire conference and events cycle from initial enquiry to post-event follow-up, guaranteeing exceptional client satisfaction.
  3. Familiarisation and Site Inspection: Coordinate and host familiarisation and site inspection activities, including follow-up with the sales team to ensure seamless execution.
  4. Budget Target Achievement: Meet budget targets for the conference and events department, driving revenue growth and profitability.
  5. Telemarketing and Client Development: Assist in telemarketing efforts to acquire new clients and define their potential to the business, fostering strong relationships and driving revenue growth.
