- Conference Proposal and Contract Management: Prepare and coordinate conference proposals and contracts, ensuring accurate and timely execution of venue, function, menu, and accommodation costs.
- Event Cycle Coordination: Oversee the entire conference and events cycle from initial enquiry to post-event follow-up, guaranteeing exceptional client satisfaction.
- Familiarisation and Site Inspection: Coordinate and host familiarisation and site inspection activities, including follow-up with the sales team to ensure seamless execution.
- Budget Target Achievement: Meet budget targets for the conference and events department, driving revenue growth and profitability.

- Conference Collateral Material: Coordinate and produce conference collateral materials, including conference kits and direct mail pieces, in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager.
