Job Overview

The role of an ICT Business Analyst is pivotal in delivering expert analytical support and contributing to the acquisition, analysis, design review, configuration, testing, and implementation of business and ICT solutions.

This position serves as a critical link between business units and ICT Services, ensuring that systems and underlying processes are well-maintained to effectively support business goals.

Maintaining a dedicated ICT Business Analyst role is essential as it fosters a deep understanding of business processes and the technologies that enable them.

As systems evolve or are replaced, these processes must adapt, requiring strong BA expertise to ensure smooth transitions.

The ICT Business Analyst works strategically deployed across the organisation within a matrix structure, supporting multiple projects to deliver critical business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert analytical support for business and ICT solutions.
  • Contribute to the acquisition, analysis, design review, configuration, testing, and implementation of business and ICT solutions.
  • Ensure systems and underlying processes are well-maintained to support business goals.
  • Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver successful business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement ServiceNow solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or Information Technology.
  • Broad background in ICT systems development, implementation, and support with minimum 5 years' experience working as a business analyst in complex ICT system implementation projects.
  • Experience and domain knowledge on human resource information systems, asset management, finance CRM, CMS, BI tools, and Online/Mobile service delivery models.
  • Demonstrated delivery of successful business cases and other BA specific deliverables.
  • Knowledgeable and experienced with BA methodologies.
  • Ability to work in a matrix structure to assist delivery of multiple complex projects.
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills and sound interpersonal skills.
