Senior Electrical Engineer - High Voltage

Welcome to our high-voltage infrastructure team, where we design, construct, and commission substations, transmission lines, wind farms, and battery storage systems. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering complex projects that drive Australia's renewable energy transition.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our growing Engineering team in Adelaide. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers flexibility with remote working arrangements available for those in Tasmania or Western Australia. Relocation assistance is also available for successful candidates wishing to relocate to one of our offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver timely and accurate technical designs for secondary protection and control (PAC) systems in the high voltage utility and renewable sectors.
  • Support field staff, customers, and colleagues with precision designs required for secondary protection and control (PAC) systems.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions that support a stable, reliable, and sustainable energy future.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex secondary systems design projects.
  • 7+ years' experience in a similar role within Energy/Electrical utilities industries.
  • High-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
