This is a fly-in-fly-out opportunity based in the stunning Tiwi Islands, offering a 10-day work period followed by four days off. Accommodation, meals, and flights are all included.
As a Support Worker, your role will be to provide assistance to a diverse range of clients, including aged and high-need individuals, with everyday activities and support services such as domestic assistance, social support, respite, and personal care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide quality, responsive, and compassionate care that supports trusting relationships with customers.
- Meet the changing needs of customers by providing flexible services, including personal and respite care, social support, domestic assistance, overnight care, and 24-hour support.
Our ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, or Individual Support, as well as a current and valid full driver's license, smart mobile phone, and effective verbal and written communication skills.

- A generous salary estimated at AU$65,000 - AU$85,000 per year, depending on experience.
