Key Responsibilities
  • Manage recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate data.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to join our team. The successful applicant will have previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, as well as strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders, and have a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset to address hiring challenges.

They will also be able to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively, and have familiarity with the business services industry as an advantage.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
