We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Support Specialist to join our Procurement Team in Queensland. As a key member of the team, you will provide efficient and effective operational support to the North Coast Region.

**Job Responsibilities:**

• Provide administrative procurement support by undertaking activities associated with obtaining approvals, creating and maintaining procurement documents, and preparing contract and tender documentation.

• Assist with conducting sourcing activities, maintaining and updating procurement records, and generating reports on procurement and contract activity.

• Utilize Microsoft Office (including Teams and Excel), SharePoint, and SAP to perform tasks efficiently.

• Possess strong communication and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
